Whether you are brand new to Medicare or a seasoned Medicare consumer, you will benefit from the process we take you through. We believe each one of our clients deserve our time and attention to determine the best Medicare plan for their individual needs. And our service all comes at a $0 cost to you.
Our Service Model follows this flow:
Step 1 - Education:
You should not enroll in a Medicare plan until you fully understand all the possible options and most importantly fully understanding the plan you choose. We like to say we “teach”, rather than sell. A good teacher is patient and wants you to “internalize” the material. We do this through visual and audio aids, and we go at your pace.
Step 2 - Evaluation:
It’s important that we ask you questions…a lot of them! Questions about your current plan, health status (if applicable to the application), your doctors, your hospitals, your prescription drugs and more. We will also ask you questions about what you expect out of your plan. With this information we will then show you what plans are available in your specific area that best fit your criteria. Once you decide on a plan, the next step is enrolling into the plan of your choice.
Step 3 - Enrollment:
Once you decide on a plan, the next step is enrolling into the plan of your choice. We are skilled at the enrollment process for the Medicare insurance companies and will make it a painless process for you. Once we have helped you determine the right plan for you, completing the enrollment application forms will only take a few minutes. We will complete your enrollment application through electronic enrollment platforms offered by the insurance companies.
Year-To-Year Plan Reviews:
After you have been enrolled into a plan the matches your wants and needs we will stay in-touch with you every year to update you on your plan. In addition to you plan changing other things can change; your needs, your lifestyle, or just your opinion might change as time goes on, so it’s important to know your plan details and what it offers from year to year. We typically perform Plan Reviews at the end of the year (Annual Enrollment Period: October 15th-December 7th) and the first few months of the new year (Open Enrollment Period: January 1st-March 31st), but can review and answer questions any time the need arises.
